This Privacy Policy explains how Cassa Olivo ("Cassa Olivo", "we", "us"), a Canggu Home studio based in Marbella, Spain, handles the information you share on this website. Cassa Olivo is currently a pre-launch waitlist for our upcoming online store. We keep the data we collect to a minimum.

• Your email address, when you choose to join the waitlist. This is the only personal information we ask you to provide.
• Basic, aggregate analytics, such as page views and general location or device type, collected through privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

We use your email address solely to notify you when our online store launches, to share early access and special offers connected to the waitlist, and to respond if you contact us. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we never sell or rent your information.

How your information is handled

Waitlist emails are delivered through Resend, our email service provider, and are received and managed on our behalf by Displace Agency, who operate this site for Cassa Olivo. The website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data only to deliver the service and under their own security commitments.

Legal basis

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your email address on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the waitlist form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until the online store has launched and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
